Abstract
This study aimed to identify user experience elements by determining the characteristics of asset management and consumption behaviors among career-beginners in the MZ generation. A literature review found that the MZ generation has conflicting characteristics regarding present value satisfaction and value asset management and investment. Based on the findings, in-depth interviews were conducted to understand specific behaviors in terms of asset management and  consumption, and the interview responses were then analyzed using affinity diagram to adduce the design considerations of “simple interaction,” “inducing even consumption behavior,” “satisfying the sense of reward through consumption,” and “practical feedback,” based on which a financial service was designed. Finally, a usability test was conducted, showing that it is necessary to provide asset management experience through an intuitive and simple process and to afford experience in consuming according to the user’s goal.
